UNICEF Turkey Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Invitation to Bid.
 
Proposals must be received by latest 17:00 hrs on 25/02/2019 Monday. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

Please note:
* The laptops will be delivered to Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services, General Directorate of Social Assistances - ANKARA. The price proposals shall include transportation cost.
* The price quotations must include warranty period and after-sales service per each individual item. After sales service includes the prompt rectification of any malfunctioning item.
* Please indicate delivery lead time in your price proposal.
* The price quotations must have at most 2 decimal digits.
* Pursuant to award of the contract, the selected supplier shall submit the warranty certificates (which include after sales service) for every laptop (the consignees will have the original warranty certificates and copies of the signed warranty certificates will be submitted to UNICEF). The waybill for each individual shipment (with the PO number and the serial number of the laptops) will also be submitted to UNICEF, alongside with delivery forms signed and stamped by the consignees.
* If there is any deviation from the required specifications, the suppliers need to fill the "Offered Specifications " column of the attached form. Please note that the offered specifications must meet the minimum criteria as stated in the "Required Specifications" column.

UNICEF Turkey Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Request for Proposal for Services.The Proposals must be received at the below address by latest 20 February 2019, Wednesday at or before 17:00hrs (Ankara time). Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of proposals.

Two pre-bid meetings will be held on 24 January 16:00hrs and 25 January 2019 at 10:00hrs via Skype call. Please confirm your participation via e-mail (turkeyprocurement@unicef.org).  
 
*Full proposals must be submitted in English and must be received not later than the closure date and time as one (1) original and three (3) copies, original one duly signed and dated. Bidders must submit a sealed proposal, ensuring separate sealed envelopes,
a)for the Technical Proposal, and
b)for the Price Proposal
all in one big sealed envelope. The price proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope separate from the rest of the technical proposal. Prices or rates should not appear in any other part of the proposal. Sealed proposals must be securely closed in suitable envelopes and dispatched to arrive at the UNICEF Turkey Country Office indicated no later than the closing time and date. They must be clearly marked as follows:
